Apex Institute of Technology is the first and foremost private Technical Institution in the surrounding Districts of Udham Singh Nagar, Nainital, Champawat, Almora, Bageshwar, Pithoragarh, Chamoli of Uttarakhand state and Rampur district of Uttar Pradesh state, established in the year 2007, under the aegis of RudraBilas Educational Welfare Society. The members of the society are distinguished educationists, prominent professionals and dedicated social workers.

The campus of the Institute is spread over an area of 20 acres of land in an eco-friendly locale Apex Group of Institutions (consisting of Apex Institute of Technology, Apex College of Management & Computer Applications, Apex College of Pharmacy and Apex College of Education), with a goal of “To imbibe in learners a passion for teamwork and yearning for perfection”, is one of the prestigious professional institution affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, M.J.P Rohilkhand University, Bareilly and Board of Technical Education, U.P., PCI and NCTE respectively for various programmes.
