Choice Based Credit System
Students with fast learning capacity can do the degree can complete their degree with honors. Slow learners have a choice of taking lesser credits than permissible limit and can complete the degree in extended duration.

- MAJOR: Your major is the main field of study, where you direct your focus as an undergraduate student. Most majors require set credit hours of coursework for completion, depending upon both the major itself and the university set benchmarks.
- MINOR: Minor may be optional, and it requires fewer courses than your major. Completion of a minor requires completion fewer credits and usually supplements a major. An interesting minor is also a good way to make you stand out during placements or when you are applying for higher studies or research projects.
- OPEN ELECTIVES: Open electives are the mechanism which allows students to pursue what interests them. Open electives allows academic flexibility and lets you fulfill your passion. You can choose any course offered by the university, for example a fourth year Mechanical engineering student can do a course of computer engineering.
- SPECIALIZATIONS: APEX offers specializations in your chosen course, where you can indulge in advance learning of the field by learning emerging technologies, in-depth research leading you to become an expert of chosen area.
Project Based Experiential Learning
Experiential learning is essential for better understanding of the chosen field and it enhances the practical knowledge of students to meet the industry requirements.
- Students are allowed to undertake up to 5 projects in his/her chosen subjects, allied or interdisciplinary areas.
- Students can apply themselves in 1 project and take it to the higher level through innovating or can take an alternative option to pursue 5 different projects.
- Students undertaking internships and industrial internships are facilitated through credit transfer

- From MIT to UCLA, top universities of the world are offering this excellent platform to gain additional knowledge in the next-gen technologies.
- In addition to traditional course materials such as video lectures, readings, and problem sets, MOOC provide interactive user forums to students and faculty.
